1 General Terms & Introduction

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between mil bet (milbet.ws) and its users. By creating an account, logging in, or using any of our services, you automatically agree to these terms.

Mil bet is an online Sports Betting platform serving the Bangladesh and international markets. We offer betting on cricket, football, tennis, and more than 30 other sports.

Mil bet reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time at its sole discretion. Users will be notified of any changes via email or through the platform.

2 Eligibility & Registration Requirements

To open an account and use mil bet's services, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• You must be a resident of a country or region where online betting is not prohibited by law.
• All bets must be placed in your own name and with your own funds.
• Accurate and truthful information must be provided when creating an account.
• Each individual may operate only one account on mil bet.

Registration Process

3 Account Management

You are solely responsible for the security of your mil bet account. Never share your login credentials — username or password — with anyone.

• Passwords must be at least 8 characters long and should include a combination of numbers, letters, and special characters.
• Always log out after using mil bet on an unfamiliar device.
• If you notice any suspicious activity on your account, contact mil bet Support immediately.
• Mil bet will never ask for your password over the phone or by email.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposit

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 BDT.

• Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly.
• Depositing from another person's payment account is strictly prohibited.

Withdrawal

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Account verification must be completed before withdrawals can be processed.
• Mil bet typically processes withdrawals within 3–15 minutes.
• In complex cases, withdrawal verification may take up to 24 hours.
• Withdrawals are recommended to be made via the same payment method used for the deposit.

5 Betting Rules

The following rules apply when placing bets on mil bet:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• The minimum bet amount is ৳20; the maximum is determined by the betting market and account tier.
• If a match is cancelled or abandoned, the full bet amount will be refunded.
• If a match in an accumulator bet is cancelled, it will be removed and the remaining selections will determine the outcome.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, mil bet reserves the right to void the affected bet.
• In live betting, odds may change due to data feed delays — this is not the liability of mil bet.

Cash Out

With mil bet's Cash Out feature, you can exit a bet before the match ends. The cash out amount is determined by mil bet based on the current state of the match at that moment. Once a cash out is completed, it cannot be reversed.

6 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

Mil bet regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. The following conditions apply when using these offers:

• Each bonus has its own wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before withdrawal.
• A bonus cannot be claimed more than once.
• The welcome bonus is available to newly registered members only.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — withdrawal is only possible after the wagering requirements have been met.
• Mil bet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time.
• Any attempt to collect bonuses using multiple accounts will result in all associated accounts being terminated.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on mil bet:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Placing bets using another person's account.
• Exploiting any technical bugs or glitches to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated software or bots to place bets.
• Betting using match-fixing arrangements or insider information.
• Using the mil bet platform for money laundering purposes.
• Completing verification using a false identity or fraudulent documents.
• Any form of fraudulent activity against other users.

If a user is found to be involved in any of the above activities, mil bet will immediately close the account, forfeit the associated balance, and report the matter to law enforcement authorities if necessary.

8 Account Closure & Suspension

You may request to close your mil bet account at any time. Requests are typically processed within 48 hours. Please withdraw your balance before closing your account.

By mil bet

Mil bet may temporarily or permanently close a user's account under the following circumstances:

• If evidence of a Terms & Conditions violation is found.
• Failure to complete identity verification.
• If there is reason to suspect fraudulent or suspicious activity.
• Upon instruction from a regulatory authority.

Voluntary Account Suspension

9 Limitation of Liability

Mil bet strives to deliver the highest quality service through its platform. However, mil bet is not liable for the following:

• Bets lost due to internet connection issues.
• Issues arising from delays in third-party data feeds.
• Service disruptions caused by force majeure or unforeseen natural disasters.
• Losses resulting from the user's own betting decisions.
• Account hacking by an unauthorized third party — where the user did not follow security guidelines.

10 Terms & Conditions Update Policy

Mil bet may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. When changes are made:

• A notification will be sent to your registered email address.
• A notification will be displayed on the platform upon login when changes have been made.
• For major changes, users will be notified at least 7 days in advance.

Continued use of mil bet after any changes have been made will be considered acceptance of the updated Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to the new terms, please close your account and withdraw your remaining balance.
